Create a Plan
Be intentional with the week you have. This means planning your days in advance to make the most of your time. Start by making a list of all the things you wish you had more time for. Whether its spending more time with friends, picking up a new hobby, going for walks, or doing a craft.
Once you have your list, do an assessment of what activities would be realistic to do on each specific day of your week and create an itinerary for yourself.
Add Variety to Your Days
To keep your days interesting, fill them with a variety of activities. If you want to be more active, spend time with friends, and learn a new hobby, try incorporating all of these activities in small blocks throughout the week.
Itinerary Ideas
- Create a new morning routine– Incorporate something new into your mornings. Go for a walk, make a healthy breakfast, try pilates.
- Planned activity with friends- Do a themed photoshoot, make a new craft, have a game day or movie marathon. Make it specific and intentional
- Themed day- Spend an entire day around one specific theme. Pick a favorite tv show or movie and select food, activities and clothing centered around that theme. End the day watching the movie or a few episodes of the show.
- Learn a new skill- Take a dance class, learn a new language, work on a diy project, bake or cook a new dish
- Become a tourist in your own town or a nearby town– Look at your town with a new set of eyes. What is something you would do if you were visiting for the first time?
