Create a Plan

Be intentional with the week you have. This means planning your days in advance to make the most of your time. Start by making a list of all the things you wish you had more time for. Whether its spending more time with friends, picking up a new hobby, going for walks, or doing a craft.

Once you have your list, do an assessment of what activities would be realistic to do on each specific day of your week and create an itinerary for yourself.

Add Variety to Your Days

To keep your days interesting, fill them with a variety of activities. If you want to be more active, spend time with friends, and learn a new hobby, try incorporating all of these activities in small blocks throughout the week.

Itinerary Ideas

  • Create a new morning routine– Incorporate something new into your mornings. Go for a walk, make a healthy breakfast, try pilates.
