Day One

With first day typically being a travel day, keep the itinerary fairly light. Have lunch at Chelsea Market, trying some small bites from a few different vendors. Head over to the harbor and take a sunset cruise to check out the city from the water. End your first day with a great meal at a classic steakhouse like Keens.

Chelsea Market- located in the meatpacking district, this market is considered one of the greatest food and retail spaces in the world.

Classic Harbor Line- Enjoy the cityscape at sunset on a 1920s style yacht

Keen’s Steakhouse- Opened in 1855, this classic steakhouse has a combination of great food, service and ambience.

Central Park- This iconic park spans 843 acres. With countless activities and landmarks to see, you could easily spend a full day in the park.

Met- One of the largest art museums in the world. Located just off of Central Park, this is an easy walk from the park. Finish your visit at the museum on the rooftop bar for some incredible views.

Day three begins with another morning walk. This time, walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. Once across the bridge, stop for lunch at the Time Out market. After lunch, head over the Battery Park to take a ferry to the Statue of Liberty. And its been a couple of days, time for another steakhouse. Peter Luger’s is a great option while you’re over in Brooklyn.

Brooklyn Bridge- The walk across the bridge is 1.3 miles with great views in both directions.

Time Out Market- Found just across the bridge on the Brooklyn side, this market features some of the greatest food vendors from around the city.

Statue of Liberty- You can easily spend several hours at this spot, learning the history of the statue. There is also an option to visit Ellis Island.

Peter Luger Steakhouse- Really great steak set in a laid-back German style restaurant. Be sure to finish your meal with the apple strudel and homemade whipped cream.

Day Four

Check out the High Line on this day for a morning walk. Next, take a tour with a local guide. I recommend a food tour. Then end your trip with a broadway show.

High Line- This park is built on a historic elevated rail line, featuring gardens, art, and food. Located on the West Side, near Chelsea Market.

Foods of NY Tours- Choose a food tour that fits your preferred taste. All the tours include some incredible history for the area you’re exploring.

Broadway- With countless shows to choose from, you can get same day tickets at a discount for some of the older shows. The more popular ones you may want to book in advance online.
