Spend your weekend where Bridgerton was filmed!

This charming English town, just outside of the Cotswolds, was once home to Jane Austen and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Less than a 90 minute train ride from London, this is a great escape from hustle and bustle of city life.

One of the easiest ways to get to Bath is by the Great Western Railway train line from London to the Bath Spa stop. Trains run frequently throughout the day. It’s best to get tickets ahead of time to save money.

After getting settled in, venture off and just walk anywhere. You truly can’t head in a wrong direction. Explore the Royal Crescent, or some other filming locations from Les Miserables or Bridgerton. Then it’s time for afternoon tea and an evening at the Roman Baths. 

Sally Lunn’s Historic Eating House and Museum: This is one of the coziest places for afternoon tea. They serve Sally Lunn buns, similar to a brioche, with clotted cream and jam.

The Roman Baths: Making use of the natural hot springs, these Roman Baths were constructed between 60 and 70 AD. Currently it stands as a well preserved museum, detailing the history of the spa experience.

The Raven: Finish the night with some traditional English dishes at a local pub.

,Spend your morning at the spa, swimming in pools heated by the natural hot springs, just as the Romans did. Follow a restful morning with a long walk along the Bath skyline or exploring the Bath Abbey, finishing up with another delicious pub dinner.

Thermae Bath Spa: One of the highlights of this spa is the rooftop pool, heated by the natural hot springs, overlooking the city rooftops. You can book a 2-hour pass, which gives you access to the saunas, pools, and ice chamber. Booking an early morning session will be the quietest time to go.

Bath Skyline: This is a three mile walk above the city. You can walk as much, or as little, as you’d like. Some great views of the buildings below.

Bath Abbey: Originally founded in the 7th Century, the Bath Abbey is a beautiful spot to stop in. This is particularly helpful as a rainy day activity.
